Shipping Cost

US Shipping: Standard flat rate shipping is $4.99. Orders over $75 will automatically qualify for free shipping.

Orders outside of the US:  Shipping is available to select locations. Prices vary by item. Customs fees/taxes/duties are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the buyer, if applicable.

Processing Time

All orders are normally processed & shipped out within 3-6 business days.

Our products are made just for you after purchase. Please note that we only process orders Monday-Friday, excluding major Holidays. Please allow extra time during busy seasons such as Christmas and Black Friday. Making products on demand helps to reduce the waste of overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions! 

Our goal is custom and quality, not quick and cheap. We know all of our products are worth the wait.

Shipping Time

We make every effort to ensure that your order is shipped to you as soon as possible.

Estimated shipping times:

  • 1-10 business days for US orders
  • 10-30 business days for orders outside of the US*

Please note that any shipping time stated on our website or given by customer service representatives are estimates only. Postal services are not infallible. Please allow some extra time for unforeseen delays. We will make every effort to ensure you receive your package in time, but we are not responsible for shipping delays, which can be affected by the shipping carrier, delivery destination, customs clearance, weather, holidays or incorrect/insufficient shipping address information.

Tracking Numbers

Your tracking number(s) will be provided to you by email once your item(s) have been shipped. Please allow a 1-3 days for the shipping company to activate/update your tracking number. If you do not receive your tracking number within 10 business days, please contact us with your name, email, and order number!
